Madeline is a proud Gryffindor and a passionate reader whose favorite activity of all time is reading Harry Potter out loud. She is never sure on which book of the series is her favorite, but right now it is Goblet of Fire. As an avid reader and writer, Madeline's commentary on the series as we read it tends to focus on writing style and literary significance. When she isn't reading (which is to say, hardly ever), writing, dancing around the living room, playing with her dog, watching crime dramas, or directing The Harry Podcast, Madeline is a clinical social worker in Framingham, MA.

David has carefully read the Harry Potter series at least a dozen times through--and has listened to them on audiobook another twenty times or so. Classic Ravenclaw! His favorite is Half-Blood Prince,but Goblet takes a close second. He takes more of a historian's approach to the HP series, analyzing events within the series as if they had really happened and drawing connections between them. His favorite things include: listening to history podcasts & audiobooks, hiking, singing, playing guitar, cooking, and baseball. In addition to producing and editing The Harry Podcast, David is a PhD Candidate in molecular neurobiology at the University of Massachusetts Medical School in Worcester, MA.
